We deliver packages to non-EU countries through Lithuania's Post (Lietuvos Paštas), packages are registered and comes with tracking information and they will be delivered to your nearest post office. Items are shipped from EU. International buyers should note that you, the buyer, are responsible for import duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc.
